EB-3 (취업 이민)
You may obtain a green card under EB-3 category if you are:
- A person holding bachelor’s degree; or
- Waitress or waiter, house keepers, farm workers, janitors, graphic designers, first-line supervisors, health care worker, etc.
General Requirements (취업 이민의 일반 요건)
- You must have a job offer from a U.S. employer
- That job offer must be a permanent, full-time position.
- You must obtain labor certification from Department of Labor
- Your experience or education must be related to that job offered.
- Your employer must have an ability to pay your wage.
