Introduction
Under EB-1B category, you may apply for a green card if you are an “outstanding” professor or researcher.
You may obtain a green card if:
- you are offered a “permanent,” “a tenured or tenure-track teaching or research position from your employer.
- Your U.S employer is a university or institution of higher learning.
- You can prove that you are internationally recognized as “outstanding.”
